About Us

World MCQ Forum Philippines is a free, independent reviewer for Filipinos preparing for the Career Service Examination (CSE-PPT) of the Civil Service Commission, at both the Professional and Subprofessional levels. It is part ofWorld MCQ Forum, which also runs study sites for competitive exams in Pakistan and India. Our aim is simple: every question you practise here should be correct, clearly explained and easy to find again.

What you will find here

  • 1,637 solved questions in 82 topics across 6 exam areas, each with an explanation
  • 2 exam guides with the official scope of examination taken from the CSC's own announcement
  • 45 study guides on preparation and test-taking strategy
  • Practice quizzes with instant feedback, and timed mock exams with a full answer review
  • Saved questions, a mistakes list, a daily streak and test history, kept on your own device with no sign-up

How we prepare content

Every topic follows the scope of examination published by the Civil Service Commission. We check General Information answers against the 1987 Constitution and the texts of the laws themselves, such as Republic Act No. 6713, and we explain the rule behind every English and Filipino item. Numerical answers and filing order are calculated by scripts, not typed by hand. Oureditorial policy explains the process in full.

What we don't do

  • We never publish actual or "leaked" Civil Service Exam questions. Sharing them is prohibited under Republic Act No. 9416.
  • We don't copy questions, explanations or compilations from other reviewers, websites or books.
  • We don't claim any accreditation: the CSC does not accredit any reviewer or review centre.
  • We don't publish results or application news. For those, always use csc.gov.ph and your CSC Regional or Field Office.
